TarbertThe living room is well equipped - as is the whole apartment. A three seater settee and a fold-out bed-settee make for comfortable lounging around. There is a TV and video as well as an iPod dock and CD system.

The large bay window seat is plenty big enough to sit and watch the fishing trawlers go in and out.

Quay HouseThere is a Video/DVD player with a number of videos and DVDs to watch as well as books and leaflets of local interest. All we ask is that if you get engrossed in a book, please take it and leave your old one behind.

The kitchen is extremely well equipped. There is a fridge, microwave, dishwasher with detergent, 4-slice toaster, filter kettle, hand electric mixer, all crockery, cutlery and cooking pots & pans. There is even a turkey roasting tin if you're there at Christmas or on a Sunday for the Sunday roast!

Quay HouseIn the hall cupboard you will find two hot water tanks, a hoover and plenty of storage space. There is also an iron and ironing board.

The bathroom has a shower as well as a good sized bath for relaxing in. There is, of course, a toilet and wash basin as well as mirror and shaver point.

Quay HouseBedroom one has a large oak double bed with king-sized quilt. There is also a wardrobe, a large chest of drawers as well as side tables, lamps, and a clock radio-alarm.

All rooms have warm radiators which provide good warmth to keep out the Scottish gales and are controllable. The hall has a night storage heater.

When you arrive, if you turn on the water booster in the kitchen, you will have hot water in about 25 minutes - enough for a bath!!

Quay HouseThe second bedroom has a double bed with king-sized quilt, chest of drawers and plenty of shelf space for storing clothes.

There is also a bedside light and radiator.

In the bathroom, there is also a heated towel rail for warm towels in the morning!

The flat has wifi with unlimited broadband which, though BT, is usually pretty reliable.
